TaskLogix360 LLC (“TaskLogix360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy and security of information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how TaskLogix360 collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, and protects information in connection with the TaskLogix360 website, software-as-a-service platform, applications, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
TaskLogix360 is primarily a business-to-business (“B2B”) SaaS provider. Our Services are designed for businesses, contractors, subcontractors, infrastructure providers, utilities, telecommunications companies, data center and technology infrastructure companies, and other commercial organizations and their authorized personnel.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, SaaS Agreement, applicable Order Forms or Statements of Work, Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), Cybersecurity Policy, and other agreements applicable to a Customer’s use of the Services.
If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and a written agreement between TaskLogix360 and a Customer concerning the processing of Customer Data, the applicable written agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:
- the TaskLogix360 website;
- TaskLogix360 SaaS applications and portals;
- account registration and administration;
- customer support;
- sales and marketing interactions;
- product demonstrations;
- business communications;
- integrations and APIs;
- authorized mobile or field use of the Services; and
- other interactions with TaskLogix360.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of TaskLogix360 Customers, third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.
2. TaskLogix360’s Role and Customer Responsibilities
Depending upon the circumstances, TaskLogix360 may process personal information either for its own business purposes or on behalf of a Customer.
A. TaskLogix360 as a Business or Controller
TaskLogix360 may determine the purposes and means of processing certain information associated with operating our business, including website visitor information, sales contacts, account administration, billing contacts, security information, product analytics, and direct communications with TaskLogix360.
B. TaskLogix360 as a Service Provider or Processor
For information submitted to the TaskLogix360 platform by or on behalf of a Customer (“Customer Data”), TaskLogix360 generally acts as a service provider, contractor, or processor on behalf of the Customer.
The Customer determines what Customer Data is collected, entered, uploaded, processed, maintained, or otherwise made available through the Services and the purposes for which that information is used.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their collection, use, disclosure, and processing of Customer Data complies with applicable privacy, employment, data protection, and other laws.
Customers are also responsible for providing required notices to, and obtaining required authorizations or consents from, their employees, contractors, subcontractors, customers, vendors, or other individuals whose information is entered into the Services.
TaskLogix360 does not independently determine whether Customer Data submitted by a Customer is legally permissible for that Customer to collect or process.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how the Services are used, TaskLogix360 may collect or process the following categories of information.
A. Business and Contact Information
This may include:
- name;
- business email address;
- business telephone number;
- employer or company;
- job title;
- department;
- business address;
- professional role; and
- other business contact information.
B. Account Information
This may include:
- username;
- account identifiers;
- authentication information;
- assigned organization;
- account permissions;
- user roles;
- login history; and
- account configuration information.
Passwords and authentication credentials may be maintained using secure authentication technologies and are not intended to be stored in readable plaintext.
C. Customer Data
Customers and their authorized users may submit information relating to their business operations, projects, inspections, quality control activities, construction activities, infrastructure assets, work orders, personnel, contractors, vendors, documents, photographs, reports, locations, and related operational activities.
The specific Customer Data processed through TaskLogix360 depends on how each Customer configures and uses the Services.
D. Device, Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- operating system;
- device type;
- date and time of access;
- pages or application functions accessed;
- session information;
- error and diagnostic information;
- application performance data;
- security logs; and
- usage and interaction information.
E. Location Information
Certain TaskLogix360 features may permit Customers or authorized users to associate projects, inspections, assets, photographs, field activities, or other records with geographic locations.
Depending upon Customer configuration and device permissions, this information may include GPS or other location information.
TaskLogix360 processes such information primarily to provide the functionality requested by the Customer and its authorized users.
F. Communications and Support Information
When you communicate with us, we may collect:
- correspondence;
- support requests;
- troubleshooting information;
- feedback;
- meeting information; and
- other information you voluntarily provide.
G. Billing and Transaction Information
We may collect billing contact information, subscription information, transaction records, invoices, payment status, and related financial administration information.
Payment card or banking information may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than stored directly by TaskLogix360.
4. How We Use Information
TaskLogix360 may use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- establish and administer Customer accounts;
- authenticate users and manage access permissions;
- process subscriptions and transactions;
- provide customer service and technical support;
- communicate regarding accounts and Services;
- provide requested product demonstrations or information;
- monitor application performance and availability;
- detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to security threats, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
- troubleshoot technical problems;
- maintain audit and security logs;
- develop and improve product functionality;
- perform analytics regarding use of the Services;
- fulfill contractual obligations;
- enforce agreements and acceptable-use requirements;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- maintain business and accounting records; and
- otherwise operate TaskLogix360’s legitimate business activities.
When TaskLogix360 acts as a processor or service provider for a Customer, we process Customer Data in accordance with the Customer’s documented instructions, applicable agreements, and applicable law.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
TaskLogix360 may develop or offer analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or similar functionality as part of the Services.
Unless otherwise disclosed or agreed in writing, TaskLogix360 will not use Customer Data to train publicly available generalized artificial intelligence models.
Where AI-enabled or automated features are provided, Customers remain responsible for determining whether use of those features is appropriate for their business, workforce, regulatory environment, and intended purpose.
TaskLogix360 does not intend its Services to make independent decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals unless expressly identified in the applicable Service documentation and authorized by the Customer.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and Services may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- authenticate users;
- maintain user sessions;
- remember preferences;
- provide application functionality;
- measure performance;
- understand use of the Services;
- prevent fraud and abuse; and
- enhance security.
Where required by applicable law, users will be provided appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
7. How We Disclose Information
TaskLogix360 may disclose information in the following circumstances.
Service Providers
We may provide information to vendors and service providers that assist us with cloud hosting, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, authentication, analytics, communications, support, billing, and other business functions.
These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to TaskLogix360 or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and contract.
Customer-Directed Disclosures
We may disclose or make Customer Data available as directed or authorized by the applicable Customer, including through integrations, APIs, exports, reports, or access granted to authorized users.
Corporate Transactions
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- respond to lawful subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or governmental requests;
- protect the rights or property of TaskLogix360, our Customers, users, or others;
- investigate fraud or security incidents;
- enforce contractual rights; or
- protect health, safety, or security.
8. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
TaskLogix360 does not operate a business model based on selling Customer Data or personal information to data brokers or other third parties for monetary consideration.
TaskLogix360 does not sell Customer Data provided through the SaaS platform for independent third-party marketing purposes.
If TaskLogix360’s practices change in a manner that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy law, we will provide any notices and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.
9. Data Security
TaskLogix360 maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, loss, destruction, or misuse.
Our security program may include measures such as:
- access controls;
- authentication;
- role-based permissions;
- encryption where appropriate;
- network and infrastructure security;
- logging and monitoring;
- vulnerability management;
- backup and disaster recovery processes;
- security incident response procedures;
- vendor management; and
- employee security practices.
TaskLogix360’s production environment may utilize third-party cloud infrastructure and related technologies as described in our SaaS Agreement, Cybersecurity Policy, or applicable Customer documentation.
No information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and TaskLogix360 cannot guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over their own accounts, credentials, user permissions, endpoints, integrations, and systems used to access the Services.
10. Data Retention
TaskLogix360 retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:
- provide the Services;
- maintain Customer accounts;
- satisfy contractual obligations;
- maintain appropriate business records;
- comply with legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements; and
- protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Customer Data is retained according to the applicable Customer agreement, subscription terms, Customer instructions, and TaskLogix360’s applicable retention and backup procedures.
Following termination of Services, Customer Data may be deleted or rendered inaccessible according to the applicable SaaS Agreement, Order Form, DPA, or retention schedule, subject to legal requirements and ordinary backup retention cycles.
11. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending upon where an individual resides, the nature of the individual’s relationship with TaskLogix360, applicable statutory thresholds, exemptions, and other factors, U.S. state privacy laws may provide certain rights regarding personal information.
Where applicable, these rights may include the right to:
- confirm whether TaskLogix360 processes personal information;
- request access to personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information;
- opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling activities;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
- appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.
Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance. Certain state privacy laws exclude or treat differently information collected in an employment or business-to-business context.
TaskLogix360 will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
12. California Privacy Notice
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies, California residents may have rights regarding personal information collected by TaskLogix360.
Depending on applicable exemptions and TaskLogix360’s relationship with the individual, these may include rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information regarding certain disclosures, as well as applicable rights concerning the sale or sharing of personal information and use or disclosure of sensitive personal information.
TaskLogix360 does not sell Customer Data for monetary consideration.

TaskLogix360 may need to verify the identity and authority of the person submitting a request before responding.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by California law, subject to applicable verification requirements.
13. Customer-Controlled Data Requests
If your personal information was submitted to TaskLogix360 by your employer, contractor, project owner, Customer, or another organization using TaskLogix360, that organization generally controls the information.
Requests concerning such Customer Data should normally be directed to that organization.
Where required by law or contract, TaskLogix360 will reasonably assist Customers in responding to valid privacy requests relating to Customer Data.
14. Sensitive Information
The Services are not designed for Customers to store highly sensitive personal information unless the applicable functionality and Customer agreement expressly permit such processing.
Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card data, protected health information, biometric identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal information unless such processing is expressly authorized and appropriate safeguards have been established.
15. Children’s Privacy
TaskLogix360 is a B2B service and is not directed to children.
Individuals under 18 should not independently create TaskLogix360 accounts unless authorized as part of a legitimate business, educational, training, or similar arrangement permitted by applicable law and approved by the applicable Customer.
TaskLogix360 does not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 in circumstances governed by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
If we learn that information has been collected in violation of applicable children’s privacy law, we will take appropriate action.
16. International Users and Data Transfers
TaskLogix360 is a United States-based SaaS provider, and information may be processed or stored in the United States.
Customers accessing the Services from outside the United States are responsible for determining whether their use of the Services complies with applicable local laws and cross-border data transfer requirements.
Where TaskLogix360 processes personal data subject to laws such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), United Kingdom GDPR, or other applicable international privacy laws on behalf of a Customer, the parties may enter into an appropriate DPA and, where required, approved contractual mechanisms governing international data transfers.
For Customer Data, the Customer generally acts as the controller or equivalent responsible party and TaskLogix360 acts as its processor or service provider unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party products, applications, APIs, websites, or services.
A Customer’s use of a third-party service may result in information being transmitted to or received from that third party.
Third-party services are governed by their own agreements and privacy practices. TaskLogix360 is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of third parties that are independently selected, authorized, or controlled by a Customer.
18. Business Communications and Marketing
TaskLogix360 may use business contact information to communicate regarding products, services, events, demonstrations, updates, and other business matters.
Recipients may unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing email using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting TaskLogix360.
Administrative, security, contractual, billing, and service-related communications may continue where necessary to provide the Services or administer a Customer relationship.
19. De-Identified and Aggregated Information
TaskLogix360 may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual or Customer.
We may use such information for legitimate business purposes, including analytics, benchmarking, security, product development, capacity planning, and improvement of the Services.
Where required by applicable law, TaskLogix360 will maintain de-identified information in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

Where a request concerns Customer Data controlled by a TaskLogix360 Customer, we may refer the request to that Customer or inform the requester that the request should be submitted directly to the Customer.
21. Data Breach and Security Incident Response
TaskLogix360 maintains procedures designed to identify, investigate, contain, remediate, and document security incidents.
If TaskLogix360 determines that a security incident involving personal information requires notification under applicable law or contract, TaskLogix360 will provide required notifications to affected Customers, individuals, regulators, or other parties as applicable.
When TaskLogix360 processes Customer Data as a processor or service provider, incident notification responsibilities will be governed by the applicable Customer agreement, DPA, and applicable law.
22. Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals
Some browsers and devices provide “Do Not Track” or similar signals.
Because industry standards concerning certain signals continue to evolve, TaskLogix360 may not respond to all browser-based Do Not Track signals.
Where applicable law requires recognition of an approved universal opt-out or privacy preference mechanism, TaskLogix360 will process such signals as required by applicable law.
23. Changes to this Privacy Policy
TaskLogix360 may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or applicable law.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
Material changes may also be communicated through the Services, website, email, or other reasonable means where required by applicable law or contract.
Continued use of the Services following an update is subject to the then-current Privacy Policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
